Happy Wednesday! Although this is a short week due to the Holiday, it seems to be dragging a little...I stayed at work late last night to get caught up!
It was severe thunderstorm weather this morning but I literally pushed myself out the door to go workout at Orange Theory Fitness. I dragged butt today...not exactly sure why, but I am ALWAYS happy I go and get my body in motion! It all counts!
Food is slowing improving and I am making my way back to my usual numbers. I want to stay around 1400 calories, 130grams or more of protein, and net carbs well under 100grams. Net carbs is total carbs minus the fiber grams.
CONSISTENCY is my word of the week! Doing the best I can at least 80% to 90% of the time is about consistent effort and self-monitoring.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
