Hey Buddies - do not drop down dead when you realize I am here again!

See, I told you I will NEVER give up or give in to the battle.

I tried to go along through August making good food choices without logging my food in the food diary.

I did pretty well for about two weeks and slowly went back to my old pattern of too many carbohydrates!

In the last six months, I believe I have gained back about 20 of the pounds I lost.

This makes me feel very sad...but still determined to break the pattern I usually fall into which is lose weight, get close to the goal, get stuck, give up and gain ALL the weight back.

NOT THIS TIME...I will ALWAYS come back and continue to try until I get to the weight I wish to achieve.

I need to go back to the beginning and commit to logging daily and exercising - I am looking forward to part two of my journey!

Hey! Welcome back! I'm in the same boat with having regained some of the weight and am still struggling along, trying to keep from gaining more as much as trying to lose the extra. Good for you for not giving up. We can do this if we just keep trying!

Welcome back! It can be SO hard to not get back into those damn old patterns. It's great to see that you're regaining control. You know what to do. All you need is to apply it. :)
