Greetings Buddies!
WOW - another longer break from FS than anticipated. I was on the East Coast visiting family and then back to work in another week of a challenging schedule.
Excuses, excuses, excuses...there is no acceptable excuse for not taking care of myself!
Food was not terrible on this vacation - but also could have made better choices at times. It is the CARBS that kill me, and I prove it to myself over and over.
But, I will NEVER give up trying to stay on track and continue to lose. I am now about the same weight I was last summer at this time. I was in better shape last year because we were exercising more so that is my demon to face.
Mission: Face the Exercise God/Goddess

Nature of the beast, H! Just maintain that balance! If you enjoy the tasty carbos, just work a little bit harder and longer when you work out to reaquire balance :) Next monday a couple buddies and myself are doing monday breakfast to friday lunch of hardcore low carb; so nothing but animal proteins, romaine lettuce, super low netcarb veggies (spinach, asparagus, etc) spices, and low-carb sauces of any kind. Oh, good quality cheese is on the menu too. You should join the challenge too!

Welcome back, and glad you had a good vacatiom.
Now time to kick the carb monster out & and have you butt whipped by the exercise gods both male and females! Lol :D

Hey Lady! Glad to see you back on here again - I am back again, except I consistently don't add my exercise. I had gained back 12 pounds of the 60 I lost. I did get scared when faced with that at the doctor's office, so I have lost 7 pounds. Still 5 pounds over where I was a year ago, though. So I'm back! I am read to do this! Yes, carbs suck, they get me every time! We will kick it together!
