Like everyone else, I'm BUSY!!! I'm 33 years old, I have 2 daughters, work full time & am in school. I'm trying to find a balance between my crazy life & getting fit. I am a volunteer firefighter/EMT. I work full time in an office so I spend my day sitting on my butt...which is part of the problem.

I don't have any hobbies, I cannot craft, cooking is always an adventure (mostly with trying to figure out how to re-set the smoke detector) & all of my friends are about as socially awkward as I am so I don't have many activities to participate in either. I keep thinking that I would like to try canoeing sometime though.

Oh yes...I'm from Delaware. I know there aren't many of us on here who are.

I was actually 190 (at 5'4" no less!) when I started this journey. I was messing around with my diet profile & screwed something up & FS won't let me fix it.

I'm low-carbing it but wouldn't say any diet plan specifically. I just find that keeping my carbs in check & avoiding processed foods has been the most successful for me & I also recently discovered that it helps me manage my pain from a neck problem I developed mysteriously back in 2008.

What's your motivation to lose weight?
Mine are too suremeansyes. I hate going shopping with my friends because they like to shop in stores that don't have clothes in my size. It's so frustrating to see cute outfits but not be able to buy them. It's very uncomfortable to even be in those stores because it feels like everyone is looking at me wondering what this fat girl is doing in this store.

Energy drinks...
Personally, I don't like the taste of any energy drinks. But, I have to friends who have recently lost over 60 pounds each & they swear by them. They both have switched from Red Bull to the sugar free Rockstar drinks....particualrly the grape soda flavored ones. It has worked for them & if you love energy drinks, the sugar free varieties are certainly a much better option. They both agree that drinking one 30 min or so before a workout is what has helped them power through & up their stamina.

Just a little input based on hear-say. Like I said, I don't like the taste (or smell) so I don't drink them & can't speak from personal experience.
