Like everyone else, I'm BUSY!!! I'm 33 years old, I have 2 daughters, work full time & am in school. I'm trying to find a balance between my crazy life & getting fit. I am a volunteer firefighter/EMT. I work full time in an office so I spend my day sitting on my butt...which is part of the problem.
I don't have any hobbies, I cannot craft, cooking is always an adventure (mostly with trying to figure out how to re-set the smoke detector) & all of my friends are about as socially awkward as I am so I don't have many activities to participate in either. I keep thinking that I would like to try canoeing sometime though.
Oh yes...I'm from Delaware. I know there aren't many of us on here who are.
I was actually 190 (at 5'4" no less!) when I started this journey. I was messing around with my diet profile & screwed something up & FS won't let me fix it.
I'm low-carbing it but wouldn't say any diet plan specifically. I just find that keeping my carbs in check & avoiding processed foods has been the most successful for me & I also recently discovered that it helps me manage my pain from a neck problem I developed mysteriously back in 2008.
