  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place in 1-pound loaf pan (preferably with drip rack) and bake covered at 350 °F (175 °C) for 50 minutes.
  3. Uncover pan and continue baking for 12 minutes.

instead of adding onion, peppers and tomato products I normally load my meatloaf with salsa (which is free in weight watchers) It's alot less work and it still tastes great. I like the idea of subsituting flax seed for the bread crumbs. that with the egg whites would be perfect :)

sub 1/4 cup of milled flax seed for the bread crumbs, and it's find for induction.

Instead of bread crumbs use egg whites to hold the loaf together. Otherwise, okay for phase1.
