Jammin June Menues!
Close to 50 people want to know what you ate for meal ideas. The important question here is....why am I the only one posting? *WOE*
B: Egg white omelette with tomato, basil, onion, spinach and non fat mozarella cheese.
S: Mozarella cheese chips and 1/2 cup guacamole
L: Garden Salad and Balsamic vinagerette
S: Toaste garbanzo beans with lime and chile powder (1/4c)
D: Turkey burgers stuffed with pepper strips and sundired tomatoes and a salad
S: PB and fudgesicle with NF cool whip
Lots o' water (2L)

Question of the Day 6/15:
Chocolate and periods! I have a bit of a sweet tooth around the beginning of the month. Thank goodness for DOVE sugar free dark chocolates and fudgesicles! I eat non fat cool whip too sometimes and have sugar free coffee candy. I do exceed the suggested 75 calories a day but since my diet doesn't exceed 1050 calories I do well. I have 2 or 3 chocolates and a fudgesicle sometimes. Only if I have room in my calorie count...

Weighing in every day
I weigh in every morning but post on fridays. (Usually) That way if I go up a little I can evaluate the day before and FIX IT. Don't want to repeat the same mistakes....
