I'm 24 years old and a full-time graduate student. I love being active...running, swimming, playing sports, dancing...anything really! I am doing the south beach diet because I really need to start healthier eating habits and I would like to lose about 10 lbs. I used to be 120 lbs and I want to be back there again. I KNOW I can do it....I just need to prove it!
