Beef Burgers with Dill Sauce

Here's a great recipe for anyone that loves a tasty burger that's way beyond average.

  1. Mix onion, parsley, sea salt and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Add meat and mix well. Take mixture and shape into 1 inch thick patties.
  3. Grill the patties for ~15 minutes, turning at least once during grilling.
  4. To make the sauce, combine in a small bowl the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, dill and vinegar and stir in the cucumber.
  5. Apply the sauce over the burgers.

This was simple to make. Everyone loved it, even those who aren't on the same diet as me. The dill sauce for the burgers was fantastic!
I love this burger! The sauce is so delicious. Started not to add the parsley but so glad I did. Perfect!

Yum, I loved this sauce! Everything about this meal just hit the spot for me. However, I could only fit about 1/2 of a cucumber in the sauce. Might double the sauce next time.

I have been on the South Beach diet for 3 days. I was craving red meat. I found this recipe and tried it the same day. It is delicious. The sauce is great for the summer!
