How does this work?!
I'm on Keto LCHF, so my day starts w/ fatty bulletproof coffee & 1 hb egg. Some days I add 2 bacon strips. Keeps me quite full 5-8 hrs, along w/ my largest portions of rdi water.

Late nights is where I'm having difficulties w/ hunger, so this is when I will eat my minimal carbs. Carb-induced sleepies.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I said I wasn't going to step on scale till I finis this mini challenge. In 2 weeks. But the scale lured me into knowing. Yuch, up 2 lbs But normally, I wouldn't bother but every 2 weeks.

Ketone Strips
I agree, K-strips only measure how much ketos were eliminated in your urine. True to test ketosis is in blood, but very hard & $$ to do.
