The bulletproof diet concentrates on whole foods, good fats, and avoiding food toxins. It focuses on what to eat, when to eat, but not how much to eat. There is a food roadmap to follow, which will be posted. David Asprey is a biohacker that has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars biohacking his body and lost over 100lbs all while not counting calories or doing hardly any exercise at all. The Bulletproof Diet isn't really about losing weight though. It's about nourishing the body so that it will release the weight. Let's all become BulletProof! :)
