so i am a stay at home fiancee at the moment, i am planning on going back to school after a 6 year break this fall.
i know a lot about nutrition but i simply havent committed to a new way of life until now.
what is great is my fiance is also on the same plan as me, eat less and move more. he has lost 14 pounds so far.

i am hoping to have some great before and after pics of me when i started trying on wedding gowns, which was coincidentally right about the same time i started this journey. and at the wedding when i find the perfect dress.
we hope to start trying for a baby right after the wedding, i know its healthier and easier to concieve the better my weight is.

thats all for now.

How do you measure ice cream ?
check the nutrition facts for the grams or oz portion size. put a bowl onto a scale that can zero-out. with the scale at 0, add ice cream until it reaches the correct weight.

this is how i do a lot of measuring, i dont want to wash cups and spoons all the time. i just zero out the scale after each item on the plate/bowl and enter each item in the log. great for salads sandwiches too, just squeese the miracle whip/dressing/toppings on until you get to the grams amount in the portion.

ok, so go to your diet calendar, click on the calorie total for the day, on the next page, under "my food diary (the date)" look for "print" the next page will give you print options, click on the pdf logo and a pdf will come up on the screen at the bottom of the screen, you can save the file to you computer, then attatch that to an email.
