I am a working mother of two great kids and I struggle to find me time. That is how I ended up needing to lose weight and get my muscle and energy back. I am proud of the progress I have made and want to keep it up so that I can be healthy and happy for my kiddos.

Started this journey in January 2011, been doing well by just trying to make at LEAST ONE healthy choice each day.
