Anyone do a kettlebell work out?
You can use a dumbbell if you don't have a kettlebell but you can really get into it with a kettlebell. I've done Jillian Michaels kettlebell workout shred it. It has two levels so you can start out as a beginner. Great workout, about 400 calories burned for 30 minutes.

I'm pretty much doing clean eating. If you ever read Jack Warner's book or diet thats what it is. Basically I stick to about 1200-1500 calories a day and eat no sugar during the weak (5-9gm a serving). On the weekend a might have one bad thing and then start all over again. It really cuts the cravings. This has worked good for me overall I've lost about 10 lbs. If feel like this is a diet I can live with and isn't short term.
