Hi there! My name is Elizabeth and I am starting the next chapter of my life. I was previously known as DairyFarmersWife. The user name no longer seemed fitting since I'm now single and I no longer live on the dairy farm. Today I am a single mom with 3 amazing kids and after years of being overwhelmed by life, kids, the farm, working full time, and trying to maintain a home that always ended up looking like a tornado hit it I now have time to discover who I am.

My goal is to weigh 130 lbs. I figure I can get there if I stop over eating and cut some of the junk out of my diet. It would also probably help if I could cook and I added some exercise in there somewhere.. when I'll have time I don't know but hey.. what's one more direction?

Goals:
1. Be able to do 100 pushups without stopping.
2. Be able to squat 100 lbs and still walk the next day.
3. Run a 5K, like run.. the entire thing non-stop
4. Master a 5 minute plank.
5. Be able to do a pullup. Without assistance.. or a chair.

Calf Muscles and Trouser legs (for those that have lost 100lb+)
I know I have to watch which brand I buy my husband. He's a dairy farmer so the number of squats he's done in his lifetime has given him some big calves. For the life of me I can't remember if he went to Wranglers or another brand. He's found carpenter pants have looser legs. He went from regular or stretch fits to those and hasn't has any problems since.

Recipe Websit?
I'm sure this has probably been asked before but if it was then it isn't in the top 10 pages so I thought I would ask again.

I'm looking for a recipe website that features healthy eating without a lot of processed ingrediants, low sugar, and hopefully lower calorie. I know of a couple but either the recipes are way too complex for a busy weekday meal or it's something my family won't eat.

Anyone have any suggestions?
