I love this recipe. I used two full bone in chops. Didn't need all the parm or mustard marinade. Still had great flavor and was very juicy. Increased time to 30 min.

I didn't have basil so I ended up using cajun spice...very good! Even my 10 year old was impressed. He dunked his in hot sauce. Will definitely use this recipe again!

Added some crushed pork rinds and some garlic salt. Baked on a cookie rack over a baking pan. Spray rack first. Crispy on all sides! Great for LCHF.

It sounds delicious but takes 12 pts per serving. Maybe using less cheese would help. I do love my cheese though.

I thought the parmesan might be too strong, and since I am on Atkins, I substituted half of the parmesan with crushed pork rinds. I added garlic powder, and chopped chives to the "breading". It was really good, but it sticks so next time I will use my silicon baking sheet liners.
