Woot woot! Finally below 130. If I can stay between 125-130 forever I will be happy 🙂I haven’t been below 130 since before having babies 18 years ago.
129.6 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

way to go girl !!! you can certainly maintain that - what an awesome accomplishment !! I find maintaining easier than losing - as long as you keep conscious about your choices you'll have no problem ! cant wait to get to where you are, well done!
