I still hate to exercise! I have a awesome recumbent bike in my bedroom, that I call "Mr. Dread", who I thought just sits in the corner and judges me. However, I have realized, that he is just lonely! So, with that said I'm going to start spending more time with him. :) We will pedal along to some of my favorite TV programs in the evenings.

I still love to eat! I have known for many years of my food addiction, really since I was a small child. I crave the worst high carb processed foods for me. I have been crucify my flesh. Some days my addiction wins, but some days I WIN. I have backslid some. I have changed my lifestyle from High Protein/Low Carb/Low Fat to Whole Foods Plant Based.

I still crave cigarettes more than food! I have started working on this horrible habit and WILL beat it. I no longer drink a 2 lt of diet soda a day. I have started adding better options (tea, coffee & water.) I still hate to cook and still love to drive thru, however when I do I try to pick healthier options than once before.

Now that you have read my negatives, here are my positives...

I still have a caring heart. I'm still a great friend to have on your side. I am still & always will be very independent and rely on no one but my GOD. I don't expect my GOD's miracles, I rely on them! I still have a good life and it's still up to me to make it a great one! I'm still blessed more than I could have ever imagine or deserve.

What's next...Gulf Shores Vacation-25 days away, going home to The Bahamas Vacation-98 days away...and the most important get healthier while losing fat & living life.
