I am 67 and have decided to go into maintenance as I feel good at 140 pounds. I have arthritis that sometimes interferes with my exercise but I am generally able to walk and climb stairs for exercise. We live on 22 acres in rural Texas that is mostly taken up by crawfish ponds and a larger pond so I can walk the levees when the weather permits. We have 4 dogs and 3 chickens that I tend to so I am generally lightly active to moderately active. I find that logging my food and exercise is essential to keeping my weight down.

One work around is to put Fitbit as and exercise and record your total calories burned for the day in. The sleep data you have to type in every day.

Fit Bit
Jamiecol111, I tried it under settings and on the exercise screen using apps and devices.It will let me click on Fitbit then Continue but continuing to Fitbit site causes it to stop working. Since Fitbit does not list Fatsecret as a compatible app, I think it just won't work. Thank you for the suggestion. I am growing accustomed to manually inputting my exercise and have been surprised at how well that is working.

Fit Bit
My Android phone only shows google fit under data sharing. No other programs are shown. I have both Fatsecret & Fitbit on the phone. I think with latest update, Android will no longer connect Fitbit to FatSecret, at least not on Verizon Motorola G6. Sigh!
