I am a 43 year old mom of 5 awesome kids ages 4, 9, 13, 16 and 20. I started fatsecret Jan 8 2018 at 157 and lost 32+ pounds (doing keto woe) to reach my goal of 125 in June 2018. I felt amazing! Then I got lazy with logging, planning, started eating more and more unhealthy foods and eventually stopped going to the gym. We moved twice and sent my oldest out of the country on a 2 year service mission for our church (so stress added to my lack of commitment). I've gained back 20 pounds over the last 18 months. I hope to get back to where I was because I felt so, confidence, clothes fit comfortably etc. and I want to stay healthy as my age creeps ever upward! Thanks for everyone's support and kindness...I couldn't have done it the first time around without you and I'll need you as I try this again!
