SAY I WON'T
Tell me that I can't do it.
Tell me that I shouldn't even try.
Tell me it's impossible.
Tell me the risk is too high, the challenge too much, or the feat too tough.
Tell me that I won't do it...

AND I WILL!

My kid sent me that around 6 months ago when I began this journey. He told me then how much he believed in me and how he knew I would succeed.

Earlier today, while on the phone with him, I was venting that the weight loss had stalled a bit, and then he said; "should I tell you that you can't do it?" "Do you need that kind of challenge?"

Yeah, that brought me back to reality a bit, and I realized that I'm now at a point where the losses are going to be a bit smaller, not only due to my body getting in tune with my new style, but the muscle weight I'm gaining as well. Still have a belly, but the trainer is helping me with that as well!

The pants are looser, the belt went down a notch, and the 2x shirts are fitting a bit looser than before, I started out in 4x... So the NSV are adding up too... Its a journey, we ALL need to look at the big picture, no pun intended!

So, kudos to the little sh!t I call my son for virtually kicking me in the @$$, and here's to the new folks that are starting out... The opening statement is a good challenge point, because we will all encounter naysayers, and we ourselves will be the first to say it to ourselves!

Tomorrow is Friday, let's kick fats @$$ together!

Hi C.B. You remind me on my son. Is your photo taken in a hobby shop? My son has a weight problem and owns a hobby shop and he looks a bit like you. Best, YumYum
