I'm returning to LCHF for good this time and am looking forward to getting back to & maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I "fell off the wagon" for 4 years when I quit my job to move 500 miles to care for my mother with cancer. I was mid twenties, after two pregnancies, when I went on Atkins the first time. I was able to lose all of the 100 pounds in 9 months, I was happy and healthy again.
Since my mother passed, I've moved myself & my 2 cats back to Florida, bought a house and loved remodeling every inch of it. There is 1 1/2 acres of beautiful landscape, I love gardening, but it is difficult right now. Yet another reason to get myself back to healthy living.
I have a Masters in Fine Arts and love working with glass and jewelry. I also enjoy antiquing, travel, gaming and reading. There is so much more in life that I want to be able to do and I will achieve it with LCHF.

*Update 05/19* Hurricane Michael destroyed my home 10/18 and until now 05/19 I've been staying at a friend's. Fell off the LCHF wagon for a while because all we had were MREs, then just ate whatever I wanted because I was depressed. Just bought a new home & I'm starting over with my LCHF WOE. Looking forward to seeing scale decreases again!

Zero Carb Pasta Recommendations
I tried "Better Than Noodles" and liked it much better tasting & smelling than Miracle Noodle. I made a hamburger veggie soup and added a whole pack of the noodles, it was great!

Looking for LOW sugar and LOW Carb snacks
For snacks I have always preferred things that require more chewing, which usually makes you eat less. My go to's are almonds (low carb) and pork rinds (no carb).

Dressing - HELP!
I agree with schmetterlinge34, get a food scale, I love mine. Hidden Valley Ranch was my favorite dressing, but I switched to Ken's Steakhouse Buttermilk Ranch. It is just 1 carb per 2tbsp and I love the taste.
