Do you eat all your calories?
I think you should experiment - A funny thing happens for me especially when I eat a generous size supper . I feel full and I am not hungry - I am full, the weight I lose all the time is that when I sleep - The theory I have is that you load up like hybernation - You burn those calories in the 3 hours or 4 hours before bed and while you sleep because you haven't eaten all night -Your body is working for you rather than you doing the work - In the morning I am starved and I eat a good breakfast - This is when I lose weight -

On that same theory, if you eat 300 calories at a time and burn 400 in 3 hours, you are hungry - You eat 300 calories again and burn 400, you are hungry - My theory is how a a fire burns - To start, you put twigs or little food calories amounts on to start. As the fire grows, you put on more twigs to keep it burning - What happens when twigs don't keep you satisfied, you put on more wood or calories - keep the fire burning evenly, don't let it go out by eating big lumps or very little bitty bites -

I have been to that point where I couldn't eat all calories - Just spread em out and eat something fattening once in awhile - That is why skinny people can eat like a horse because their fire or metabolism is a furnace burning 1000 degrees or tons of calories for example -

Also, you can do this in runs - You can't keep it up all of the time -
That is why people binge - If you lose 5 in a week, and gain a little the next you just need to look at the net lose -

This is a way of life and not a diet - If u want to make me a buddy, would be pleased - My biggest problem is after losing weight finding a way not to keep losing or gain back by having that confidence that I can do it anytime I want -

I played soccer for years and now sit at a desk - During my soccer years , would eat 4000 Plus a day and burn it all and lose weight -

my goal is 50 plus and it may come in a month , 2 months or 3 months etc -

I am happy when it comes but will enjoy each day as I am - My life is great and I do it for longevity with family and friends -

I feel the atkins approach is excellent because we are carnivores versus herbivores - atkins.com -

Have a good weekend and will do daily posts - I like sharing whatever happens to me because that was life -

Do you eat all your calories?

I am just wondering if, to loose weight, you should eat your recommended calories every day? I find that I have a high calorie recommended intake, more than I would normally eat! I can't seem to meet eating the recommended intake. Also I don't really do any exercise - does eating less balance this out?

I eat all of my calories - I eat most in morning and through day - I give myself a pretty good size dinner around 6:00 - 6:30 and then a little snack before bedtime -

Check your weightloss in the morning - you will be shocked
