Works very well with the GI-diet and is delicious. I used it as a main meal, eating four servings and it worked well.

Love this recipe. I sauteed onions and carrots and added to the mix. I eat it as a main course with a salad.

I really liked this one although I had to modify it some. I am allergic to onions and I left out the garlic added 3 slices of bacon and used mozz cheese instead!

Loved this recipe...I used fresh uncooked spinach mixed with ingredients and baked. Delicious!

My new staple. I added fresh ground turkey, diced onions and left out the cheddar. Some hot sauce on top and it's epic!

This was amazing and delicious. The only bad part about it was I liked it so much I couldn't just have one serving!

This was really good. I added about a half cup of onion which gave it a great texture.

Loved it as well as my daughters. Wife did not like it said she it needed meat. I thought it was great and will eat and make it several times over. Love the high protein. May put mushrooms in it next time just to change it up.

This might be okay if you put a marinara sauce on it or like someone else suggested; adding onions and some turkey taco meat, i might also add some red pepper to spice it up. it gives me a lot of ideas!
