Spinach Pie

An excellent, addictive spinach pie that's sure to please everyone.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Thaw spinach.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Spray a pie pan with cooking spray, like Pam.
  4. Pour mixture into pie pan.
  5. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 45-50 minutes.

This is the most delicious way to some spinich in your diet! We will definately have this again! It also introduced me to cottage cheese and it was sooooo easy to make! Thank you!

You're not suppose to eat cottage cheese on atkins induction. Hope no one is thinking this is a good dish, but their weight loss has slowed or stopped!

This was FANTASTIC. I upped the garlic by one clove and probably next time will use a few more egg whites... but WOW - SO GOOD!

whoops sorry.. i see now its a pie pan and has 8 servings at 76 calories. so lets see... i can safely eat several (or more) servings then! :D

This is REALLY good! My husband and I both loved it...I can't believe a serving is only 1 point! It was so easy to make, just mix and bake. I am going to see what variations I can come up with!
