Quick and easy way to poach eggs without the water and mess.
Ingredients
Directions
- Spray a microwavable bowl with cooking spray, like Pam, bottom and sides well.
- Break two eggs in to bowl, poke egg yolks with fork.
- Spray eggs with cooking spray (salt and pepper optional.)
- Cover bowl with a spatter-proof lid.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes for harder yolks, 1 1/2 minutes for softer yolks.

Just tried it this morning for breakfast. Nuked it for only 1 min (for half runny, half hard yolk) and it worked like a charm!

much easier, but not the same as poaching. in fact, I used to beat an egg in a small bowl, microwave it, and put it on a bagel/english muffin/toast and add in w/e to it. so other than leaving the yolk intact... I don't see the real difference.
