Wonderful breakfast muffins with all natural ingredients.

- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C) Spray bottom of muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine oat bran, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice in one bowl.
- Mix together milk, egg and honey; add milk and egg mixture to oat bran mixture and stir until moistened.
- Add grated apple, carrot and pecans.
- Fill muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full.
- Bake at 350 °F for 15 to 17 minutes. Tops will brown only slightly.
