Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins

A light and lovely muffin, especially for the fall.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.
  2. Make a well in center of dry mixture.
  3. Blend together wet ingredients mix into dry, mix will be lumpy.
  4. Spoon into prepared muffin cups bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes and remove.
