Directions
- Boil water. Melt any sugar free flavor of gelatin (like Jell-O), in hot water. Stir until dissolved.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. stir in gelatin.
- Whip heavy cream into peaks. Fold in gelatin mixture. Stir in sour cream.
- Chill 3 hours.

I whipped the cream cheese, and heavy cream with my kitchen aid mixture. Then added the jello mixture and sour cream. It turned out so light and fluffy!!! Yummy! The only thing I did different was I used Neufchatel Cream Cheese. It has a few less calories and fat... Thanks for sharing your recipe!!!

Very tasty! I was a little apprehensive when I poured the boiling jello into the cream cheese (it got all runny) and then adding the whip cream but once it cooled, it had an excellent mousse-like texture. I did throw in a little unsweetened coconut, for a little added taste and fiber.
