I am not sure of the timing I left mine in for 50 minutes at 350 (its a new oven too) and the middle was still wet. any ideas?

I haven't had any problems making this exactly as I have it up there. But not every oven works the same way.
Try decreasing the water in the pan.

I thought this is a pretty good dessert to have to take the "sweet" edge off. Easy to make. My center was a little runny too, but the next time I will leave it longer in the oven! Thanks!

No one will believe that this dessert has lower fat. It's still a splurge though, so don't go nutty.
