Foil Wrapped Vegetables

A way to make your veggies sensational and fun.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Toss vegetables and tomatoes with Italian dressing.
  2. Place in center of 18" long piece of heavy duty foil (or use a double layer of regular foil). Bring up the sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  3. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, turning after 4 minutes.
  4. Cut slits in foil to release steam. Open packet, sprinkle vegetables with parmesan cheese.
