An awesome easy salsa.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop garlic, cilantro, onion and pepper.
- Scoop tomatoes from can with fork (save juice for another use).
- Mix all ingredients together (except salt) and then add salt to taste.
- Enjoy with Melba toasts or something similar.
- Note: substitute cilantro from basil and you've got bruschetta.

I love using salsa's like this as a topper on a baked potatoe or salad. Yummy Dressing and hardly any calorie consequence!

If you want the salsa hot, use a Jalapeno, if you want it mild use an anaheim (long green) pepper. The best key, the longer/bigger the pepper the more mild it will be.

This salsa is soo good! I added 1/2 a Jalepeno and 1/4th of a bell pepper for additional flavor. Will definitely make it again.

This is so tasty and I was surprised to find that you can use the dices tomatoes from the can. I didn't realize that when I purchased the items to make it. That would make it even easier. Thanks for the receipie.
