I eat cause I'm fat, and I'm fat cause I eat.
My friends and I are doing our own weight loss challenge to motivate each other to lose weight (the money at the end of that challenge is also a big motivation =). I gained a lot of weight this year (which I blame on stress, work, student-teaching and school). This is is the fattest I have ever been, and the highest I ever want to be. No more excuses; I need to take control and get myself back in shape.
I lost a lot of weight last year and actually liked my body. I am going on a cruise in January and hope to be around the same weight I was at last year. I bought myself the cutest red n black polka-dot swimsuit from Torrid to inspire me. I know the holidays are going to be tough, but I know I can do it if really set my heart on it. I've realized I'll never be super skinny (especially not in this family/culture!), but I can be healthy =)
