I am a wife, mother of one, and oldest sister of five. I am from the South and, of course, we love to eat...lol. So here I am.
I've been overweight since adolescence. Now at 26 and really for the first time in my life, I am fearful of my health. I started this diet to combat some of those feelings and so far it's okay. I am hoping that the support and structure of this site will give me the confidence and willpower that I need to get down to a new, healthier me. :)
