For HCG take out the mayo and use Melba toast for bread crumbs

I didnt have all the ingredients. But I used the basic idea and the whole family (including picky 6 and 3 year olds) loved it. I used one packet of mayo, couple table spoons of freshly squeezed orange juice, and lemon pepper seasoning for the sauce. I also used italian bread crumbs. I will definately be making this dish again soon.

This recipe is good. I used nonfat plain yogurt in place of the mayo, and I used a sprinkle of Herbamare in place of the onion powder. It was creamy and good.

Nice and moist but could have used a little kick. I used yogurt instead of mayo. My husband and I both liked it and I'll make it again but probably throw some other spices in.
