White Fish Cakes

Delicious, low-sugar dish for dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak white bread in a bowl with milk.
  2. Grind fish with onions and wet bread.
  3. Add egg and season to taste.
  4. Form cakes and roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Fry the cakes on both sides for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
