I am a 24-year-old student, taking the last classes I need to apply to Vet school. I currently hold a BS in Psychology. Since I met my fiance and started college, I have gained close to 60 pounds. I would really like to get down to 120lb, to be a healthy weight for my 5ft, 2in frame. :)
I work third shift, I found the best way to track food is to do it from 12 am being breakfast and ending the day at precisely 11:59 pm.
My goals are focused more on getting into shape to enjoy a lifestyle of running..I tried last year to start training to run/walk the KC marathon but got roadblocked by snow and my work schedule.
My current goal is to be at 180 by oct 10, 2010 which is my wedding day :)
After that my plan is to be at my goal weight by my birthday 2011.
