My name is tylin Im 21 years old and I have 2 kids 2 & 3 yrs old I'm 5ft 3in and was 265lbs when i started fatsecret in the middle of Dec 2009. I've gained a total of 115lbs in the last 6 yrs and am ready for a chance to better my childrens lifes.

Yes that's me...only use ea sports active on the 30 day challenge n then also ill do sone cardio on the custom workouts......I did buy 3lb weight too just to help but haven't used them yet haha.....

LOOKING FOR healthy low calorie foods...
I'm making a shopping list for Saturday or Sunday and I am looking for more food choices on healthy low calorie foods or snacks or meal ideas....anything...if u have ne suggestions please help me....tired of eating the same old stuff N my minds blank on new ideas.....I love cooking......thanks....

Yes I'm under 40....I'm just barely 21.......I'm just so stressed since having trouble sleep....thanks everyone I have received so many reply to his forum that I never thought I would.....THANK YOU ALL ALL VERY MUCH......
