Can I add other types of exercise

If you scroll right down to the bottom of the list of activities in the exercise journal, there's an option OTHER which you can use to add your own activities if they aren't listed.

There are various calorie activity calculators around the web, where you can calculate how many calories you've burned. There's one at: my-calorie-counter.com

Yes its still available to add other exercises, I just did it Smile Go to your exercise journal and go to add new exercise and use the drop list and go all the way down to the bottom. Click on other and it will give you the chance to enter your own description, your calories, time, ect. If you google search your exercise you will find many calculators for the approximate calories burnt. Smile Good Luck.

What leg workouts can I do at home if I don't have access to a gym?
walking lunges and chair step ups. i often finish a workout by grabbing a couple 20 lb weights and doing 100 walking lunge steps. gives a good burn. :) i just seen my avatar. :( so skinny and white.

Exercises with an Out of Commission Ankle
Consider joining a fitness gym. There are machines that up your heart rate without putting weight on ankle. Rowing machine for one. Or a pool, if available for swimming.

I agree with everyone's suggestion about using virgin coconut oil. As it's suppose to (if I understood correctly) burn off straight away like a carb? There are some things the body like to use ...
