I am the mother of two of the most beautiful children God could ever bless anyone with, my son is ten and my daughter will be one years old in a few days..These two are a God-send but they destroyed my body getting here. There are not enough hours in the day, plus I work midnights. I just joined the gym and I am hoping for some quick results with my diet change and new work out regimen. I just need support from every where I can get it.

I am exercising almost daily...I have changed my eating habbits drastically....but still have only lost four pounds...what am I doing wrong?

odd hours
I work the midnight shift 11p-7a. I am not sure what to do with my eating habits. Should I not eat at night, do I skip breakfast in the morning. I need helpWink
