Planks
Guidelines:
The basics of core strengthening, the plank. Do 3x sets of these for four days. Hold them for 30-60 seconds. For those seeking a more advanced version, I would use a medicine ball. For those seeking an even more advanced version, alternate raising each leg while holding the plank, do this 10 times each leg. If possible, try to increase the length you hold your planks each day, but don't exceed 60 seconds. The plank does a great job at utilizing several of our core muscles, not just the abdominals. If you are unfamiliar with any of the exercises, let me know and we can try some alternate ones as well.

Once each week. Do as many sit-ups as possible in one minute. Record this number to track your progress. Be sure to do around the same day each week.

No Carbohydrates after 7pm
