weight gain
I know all good things must come to a temporary stall,I hope anyway!The last four days I have been having a protein shake after my workout,this is the only real new thing I have added into my diet in the last eight weeks also I have been adding a small piece of bannana to the shake,only twice I have done this.Could this explain weight gain?Question

protein powder
I just started using Eas 100% whey protein powder,jury is still out on this!Anyhow,on the carb count it says 3nc,but then says 1gr fiber,should it only be counted as 2nc?It comes up as 3 total nc on FS.Also,is this a ok one to be using?I bought the shakes for on occasion,and thought they were ok...a little watery. I mixed spinach and a little bit of plain greek yogurt,not bad.

2 weeks slump
Good morning everyone! Well,now that I've had my cup of coffee anyway.Yeah,I definetly agree with DLynne about your calories being low,and also I would really try to get your net carbs up there to as close to 20nc as possible.12-15 of those should be coming from foundation veggies,and I don't really see enough of this.I am heading into week eight and I have to say,it has been slow and steady,but all the same I am learning along the way.I am down 13 lbs. and that did not come off easily on induction.When I moved on, after 3wks of frustration,it was not until then,that I really started to see weight loss.I really made alot of mistakes on induction,so I expected the process to be a slow one.It really does get easier as the weeks go on.I can't believe that I am almost two months doing this!I'm actually really excited now,I couldn't say that two weeks ago,I was ready to quit.So,hang in there!

no weight loss on induction
I also, was going to add that cutting back on processed meats and adding more foundation vegetables will help,but yeah 4lbs. that is a great start.You can't fail if you stick with this site,so much support from everyone! Good Luck!
