My Name is Nikki. I am a computer programmer who telecommutes full time. I have a wonderful husband and 3 children (5,7 and almost 9). I'm in pretty good shape and just recently ran my 4th Half Marathon. My problem is that no matter how much I train and how many calories I restricted myself too, the weight will not come off. So, I have decided to try the Atkin's WOL and see if that is what my body needs.
