I would not track your weight with th is DVD, but definitely take measurements! When I first tried this DVD I lost almost two inches in two weeks but I put on 4lbs in muscle weight..just go by clothes and you'll not get discouraged! As for eating, just eat clean, loads of fruit and veg, just don't indulge in junk food or takeaways and you should see results fast! Good luck!

I just started this yesterday
and I am sooooore this morning! Only I was able to find the entire workout on YouTube. I bought some little cheapo weights and they seemed to work just fine, but I bet your bands will work too. I hope you have great succes with it, let me know how you do.

I bought the 30 day shred tape last night. Will start exercising next week, after a month focused just on diet.

I bought it a month ago (8$ on Amazon) and have been doing it about 3-5 times a week (level 1). I use cans for weights. I haven't noticed a huge weight lose(I am losing steadily) but I have noticed that I'm able to go up stairs, run across street, play with my toddler without feeling like I'm DYING. Cardio def improved! It's hard but it's do-able for someone who is still overweight (still have 80lbs to loose). Not sure I would have been able to do it 60lbs ago. Hope that helps.

I use it about 3 times a week. I'm on level 2 now and will be ready to go to level 3 soon. I don't know how much weight I have lost using it but my body has definitely changed shape and I have way more muscle than I did before. I am currently using 3 pound free weights. I think after I master level 3 with the 3 pound weights I might go through them again with 5 pound weights.
