Height/Weight/Size
well, its a little bit hard to do size conversions...

Last time I've been to the US I purchased pants but I weighted 185 pounds so... I will estimate:

5´9.7
Currently: 147.6 pounds
pants - size 10 ??? (28/38 in buenos aires)
tops - M/L

goal?

136 pounds
pant size 4 / 6

What if I do NOT stop the diet?
mamaweazel, you got it right. You didn't start a diet, you changed the way you eat and think about food.

"Diets" just don't work simply because most of us think that when we get to our ideal or healthy weight we will start eating the way we did before... again and again... and again! Sad but true.

You changed the way you eat and that's forever. You will eventually reach your target and naturally stop at your healthy weight Very Happy If you don't (that happened to me when I was younger) just add more veggies or healthy & "whole" food!
