I'm 45 years old, newly married in October of 2011 and have gained 60 pounds since meeting my husband 4 years ago. We obviously were enjoying life to the fullest by eating what we wanted and having no excercise in our lifestyle. After my husband has his 2nd knee surgery in 6 months I knew it was time to change. We are now living the low carb lifestyle since January 1st and are both down 20 pounds. I love the feeling of having more energy, less hunger issues and my clothes are starting to fit better day by day. Still have 60 pounds to go to my goal weight but I know that with this way of life, I can do anything.
