Exercise at Least 4 Days a Week

Guidelines:
Make sure that you exercise for at least 30 minutes - 4 days a week or more. Pop in a video, do cubical aerobics at work and hope no one sees you, or chase some calves around trying to convince them the bottle you have in your hand is just as good for them as their momma's booby juice (anything that gets your heart pumping will work)

Stop Eating Oreos or fill in the blank

Guidelines:
Put the cookie down. Stop licking the outside of the ice cream container. Take the chip bag off your head. If it's junk then it will add to the junk in your trunk. No.. an oreo is not healthy. The cream in the middle is not dairy. The cookie is not a grain. Pick one food or the entire junk food group and eliminate them. Just don't eliminate them by eating them all in the first week to get them out of the house.

No Soda

Guidelines:
Soda is bad. Diet or non-diet..it's bad. Google it if you don't believe me. So.. no soda. Nada. None. They do have water and tea when you go out to eat. Heck go for lemonade! But no soda.

Stop Cussing in Front of the Amish!

Guidelines:
Pickles! Golly Heck! Son of a biscuit! Are all acceptable things to scream in front of the Amish. Yes they will look at you like you've lost your mind but you won't get the shame on you head shake. Pick a bad habit. Cussing, flipping off other drivers during your morning commute, leaving the front porch light all day long, etc. Pick one bad habit you want to stop that will improve your life or those around you. You'll get a gold star if you do!
