Drink more water

Guidelines:
The goal is to drink at least a gallon of water a day. My theory is I can't stuff my face with cake if I feel like I'm already full. The added trips to the bathroom will also add additional exercise to your daily routine.

If you eat it.. you log it

Guidelines:
Did we see you eat it? No. Did you eat it? Yes. It counts. Your butt, stomach, thighs, and whatever else you don't like saw you do it and they're holding onto it as proof. Plus.. if you log everything you eat eventually you'll put yourself into shock and hopefully stop after a cookie not a package of cookies.

Tips, Tricks, and Cartwheels

Guidelines:
It's like the motivation. If you find something that works for you then share. Sometimes the only way to get back on the stupid wagon is to give up, buy a new wagon, and start over. I'm going back to basics. If I don't.. my pants are going to need a pair of pliers to get the zipper up.

Drink More Water
Had to use the bathroom every hour on the hour, but I did it! :lol: Learned on Friday to stop drinking so much water around 5:00pm so I didn't wake up in the middle of the night. :oops:
