Counting Calories
I started counting calories about 2 yrs ago, at first it was so fustrating having to look up everything i was putting into my mouth and keeping track, but it works. It has helped me lose 42lbs (along with working out)and i've been able to keep it off.

Have been having a difficult time eating healthy and exercising, week was filled with chips, ice cream, hot dogs, and cheese burgers!

Had a stressful week ate out too many times, didn't work out and didn't track. Yesterday was the first day back on the band wagon and so far so good.
