Guidelines:
Cardio for 30 mis or 350 cals burned everyother day Weights 45-60mins on the other day. give yourself 1-2 days off each week, but if you can get something done everyday...it is only 5 weeks. cut your calories but don't deprive yourself of nutrients. Drink lots of water...it really help keep you full. Good luck!

Guidelines:
pick one day for each week to weight in, and DON"T get on that scale until that day. get on the scale naked as soon as you get up that day, after you pee but before you consume anything!

So I found out last Friday that I'm pregnant. So I can't loose anymore weight, but I have still been trying to keep up with cardio and weight training.....I'm just not pushing myself to drop ...

I have half and half in my coffee too! Thanks gorkyuver, I will look for the fat free stuff as well. I had a cheat day this weekend and I feel like I may have screwed up the 2.5 pounds I lost. Hope ...
