56 years old Full time RN with Henry Ford health System.
I have a 2 year old grandson (A.J.) who out runs me and keeps me very wore out so I need a life style change.
I Love to boat,swim, paint ,travel, spend time with my girlfriends, and most of all spend time playing with A.J.
I'm planning on continuing my education this fall, so I need as much energy as I can get, and dragging around this extra spare tire is slowing me down.
So Fatsecret Pleeeeze help me take it away!!!!!!!!

Day two I got up earlier today and did 15 minute of light yoga. & parked further away from the bulding even though I had to sprint into the building due to the down pour. All in all I feel good about my effords.
